3. Account Eligibility

4.3 Accuracy obligation

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password, one-time security code or any two-factor authentication token to another person, including sni777 staff.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Closure and Suspension

sni777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or Bonus, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under reasonable investigation.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been identified.
• A legal authority, regulatory body or court order requires such action.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Members may request voluntary Account closure by contacting sni777 support. Any pending KYC review or withdrawal request will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure. Any real-money Balance remaining after all applicable deductions will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and regulations under the jurisdiction in which sni777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in the first instance be referred to the sni777 support team for resolution through internal review.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal review within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to the relevant independent alternative dispute resolution body specified in the applicable licensing terms.

These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation or other mandatory local laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
